A blog is a simple way to keep your website active and up to date. It helps you share news, tell stories, and add context to your work while improving your visibility in search engines.
You can use blog posts for a number of things, including: exhibition announcements, new artwork releases, artist features, behind the scenes updates, press mentions, or general news. It is a flexible tool that grows with your business.

Creating a blog post
1. Head into the website backend, click Blog from the left-hand panel, then click Create Post.
2. On the Create screen, you can fill in and adjust the following information:
Blog content
Title
Excerpt
Slug
Status (Draft, Active, Scheduled)
Publish date (Allows you to schedule posts to go live on a specific date/time)
Featured image
Categories
Tags
SEO title
SEO description
Once you have entered in your information, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Categories
Categories allow you to tag each blog post with a specific theme or topic, making it easier to group similar content and keep your blog organized.
Each category can have its own custom slug and assigned colour, helping you structure your content clearly and maintain visual consistency across your site.
Tags
Tags allow you to label blog posts with specific keywords or topics, helping to connect related content across different categories.
Unlike categories, tags are more flexible and granular, making it easier for readers to discover posts based on particular themes, subjects, or recurring ideas.
Adding the blog list and detail page in the backend editor
In order to display the blog posts on your website, you'll need to create the required pages for them first.
Blog List page
1. Navigate to Pages > + Add Page.
2. Give your page a title (Blog, News, etc).
3. Under Page Type, select Blog.
4. Ensure you change the status from Draft to Active.
5. (Optional) Insert any required SEO info.
6. Click Save & Close.
7. On Pages, find your newly created page, and click Design.
8. Select the Posts dynamic section, by clicking and dragging it into the page builder.
9. Click the inserted section to bring up the settings, where you can configure various options.
Blog Detail page
1. Repeat steps 1-6 above, this time for the Blog Detail page.
2. When you design the Blog Details page, click the drag the Post Detail dynamic section.
3. The following settings are available on the blog detail page.
