How do I change my plan?

You have flexibility to change your plan whenever you wish.

You can upgrade, change, cancel or alter the payment intervals of your subscription whenever you wish.

Changing your plan

  • Upgrading: when upgrading your plan, fees will be prorated for the remaining time on the current billing cycle. 

  • Downgrading: if you wish to downgrade your plan, including changing from yearly to monthly, the new fees will apply from the next billing period.

Cancelling your plan

You may cancel your plan at anytime with no further billing. Please note that refunds are not provided as per our Terms of Service.

To cancel your plan:

  1. Click your account icon and select Settings and billing.

  2. Select Billing from the menu on the lefthand side.

  3. Click Cancel subscription.
