You can spotlight small collections of artworks like New Arrivals or Featured Artworks in a gallery or slider on your site. These can sit within an existing page (for example, on the home page), or as their own page.

Create the Collection
The first step is to create a Collection in your Art Galleria account that contains the selection of artworks to feature.

Create a Smart Collection
Click + Add Condition and select Created At
Change the is dropdown to In the last x days
Enter a number of days in the Days field appropriate for your situation
When new artworks are added to your Art Galleria account, they will be added to this collection (unless they are still listed as Details Pending).
After 90 days (or your selected timeframe) artworks will be removed from this collection.
Featured Artworks

Create a standard Collection and name it indicating it's a feature section.
Manually curate the artworks to include.
In future, you can add or remove artworks to this collection and your feature section on the website will be updated.

Create a Smart Collection called Featured Artist.
Click + Add Condition and select Artist Profile
Select "is any of" from the dropdown
Enter the artist's name in the final field
In future, you can change the name of the artist in this collection, and your featured section will be updated on your website.
Price points, artwork dimensions, or other criteria

Create a Smart Collection and give it a representative name.
Click + Add Condition and select the field to filter by (price, dimensions, genre, category, etc.
You can select a single or multiple fields to use in the filter.
In future, you can change the conditions included here, if required, and your featured section will be updated on your website.
Sync the Collection to your Website
1. In Art Galleria, go to Websites.
2. Under the Website Portfolios header, click the ... (more options) icon next to the website you want to sync to, and select Edit:
3. Scroll down to the Artwork Collections area near the bottom of the screen:
4. Click the checkbox next to the collection you want to add to your website, and click Update Portfolio.
5. The new Collection will be available to add to your website.
Create the gallery on your AG Website site
1. Create or open the page on which you want to place the gallery.
2. Ensure you have a grid area into which to drag the gallery.
3. Open the Dynamic Sections area on the left menu.
4. Drag an Artworks element into the space you want it on the page:

6. Enter the name of the name of the Collection to feature in the Display only collection field:
7. Choose any other formatting options for the gallery in the Layout area of the right menu.
8. When ready, click Save and View to review the page.

That depends on what type of collection is used for your section.
If you're using a standard collection, then the artworks will only update when you manually do so in Art Galleria.
If you're using a smart collection, then yes, the section on the website will automatically update, just as it would in Art Galleria.
