Adding Artworks via Collections
1. In Art Galleria, navigate to Websites > Website Portfolios. Locate the portfolio linked to your website, and click the portfolio name or use the three dots.
2. Scroll down the page and locate your artwork collections list. This is where you can tick whatever collection of artwork you have created to sync to the website.
3. Once your happy with your selections, click Update Portfolio at the bottom of the page.
Note:
Both standard and smart collections will appear in this list.
Adding Exhibitions
1. Scroll down the page and locate your artwork Exhibitions list. This is where you can tick whatever Exhibition you have created to sync to the website.
2. Once your happy with your selections, click Update Portfolio at the bottom of the page.
Removing artworks & exhibitions from the website
If you want to remove a collection or exhibition from the website, simply untick your selections, and click Update Portfolio. This will remove the content from your site.
Temporarily hide specific artworks on the site
If you wanted to temporarily hide artwork, instead of removing their associated collection from the site altogether, you can make the artwork private.
1. Navigate to the artwork you want to hide, and open the artwork edit screen.
2. Navigate to the Portfolio tab and find the Private check box. Tick the box, and then click Update Artwork to save your changes.
