Watch our video demonstration, or scroll down for step-by-step instructions.

Create a custom inventory view

1. Open Inventory and click Manage View.

2. In the Manage Inventory View window, you can:

  • Add fields - Click the arrow icons next to the fields in the Columns Available area to add them to the view. (This will move them to the Columns to display area, which will show all the fields that will be included in the view.)

  • Remove fields - Click the arrow icons of any fields in the Columns to display area that you do not want to include to remove them from the view.

  • Re-order fields - Drag the field names up or down in the Columns to display list to change the column order.

3. Once done click Close & View to view immediately, or you can save this view as a preset to use repeatedly (see the instructions below).

Save preset views

Preset views let you save your custom views to use again. To create a present view:

1. Follow the instructions in the previous section to move fields in or out of the Columns to display area

2. Once complete, click [save as preset]

3. Enter a name for the preset and then click Save Preset

4. Your preset views are listed at the top of the Manage Inventory View window, along with the default preset.

Delete preset views

To delete a preset, in the Manage Inventory View window click Edit and then click the close icon (x) next to the appropriate view, and then click Done Editing.
