Assigning and customising Artwork Status options

Add, rename and disable artwork status options, and assign them to your artworks.

Art Galleria comes with some default Status options (For Sale, Sold and For Rent) that can be assigned to Artworks. You can:

Assign an artwork status to an individual artwork

1. Open Inventory then click the more options (...) icon on the artwork listing, and select Edit from the dropdown menu.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select a Status option for your artwork.


Assign an artwork status option to multiple artworks at once

1. In Inventory, select multiple Artworks by clicking the tick boxes and then click Bulk Actions and select Update Status.

2. Select the desired status from the drop down menu and click Update Status. The Artworks will now have the new status change.


Create custom artwork status options

Art Galleria has 10 default status options (e.g., Sold, For Rent, etc.) which you can edit, enable or disable, and you can also create an additional 7 custom status options.

To edit status options or create a custom ones, first go to Settings and then Artwork Status Options:

Edit an existing status option

1. Click the pencil icon next to it.

2. You can edit the name field and change the colour. You can also use the Active slider to enable or disable status options.

Create a new custom status option

1. Choose from one of the seven available slots and click the pencil icon next to it.

2. Enter a label Name and colour and click Update.
