You can export your Art Galleria data using the custom report feature. You can select which Collections or artists are included, which fields are included, how the data is sorted. The data can be exported in CSV, PDF and HTML format.

Exporting your data
1. Open the Reports tab and click Custom Report.
2. Choose a title and select which Collections or Artists you want to include in the report.
3. In the Artwork Fields area, use the:
Three lines icon to reorder fields by clicking and dragging within the list.
Trash icon to delete fields from the report.
4. To add a new field click the +Add Field button and select a field from the dropdown. Click Add when done.
5. Use the Sort artworks by drop-down to choose how to sort your artworks, for example by the artist_profile field. You can also choose to sort in ascending or descending order.
6. If you would like to export the data as a CSV file select that option, otherwise you can select HTML to view in your browser or download it as a PDF.
7. If you would like to use these settings again in future, click Save preset, enter a name and save it for next time. The preset will appear at the top of this page, so you can load it for next time.
8. Click Generate Report to create the report and it will be displayed in your browser or downloaded to your device as a CSV or PDF file.
Import template format
To export your data in the same format as the import template in Art Galleria with all the columns / fields, please follow the steps below.
1. When in the custom report window delete all existing artwork fields and click Add Field.
2. Select from the dropdown Artworks: All Fields and click Add. This will include all fields that are in the import template.
3. Select CSV and click Generate Report, the CSV file will then download to your device.
4. After modifying the CSV file to make changes to your artworks you can then follow this tutorial to upload it again to your inventory as a CSV file. Make sure to check the Confirm tick box and to overwrite the changes.
