How to use “Update attributes” to update artworks in bulk, without using a CSV

You can update the same attribute for multiple artworks in bulk without using a CSV.

For example, you can update the location for a selection of artworks that have all been moved to the same place.

1. In Inventory > Artworks, select the checkboxes next to the artworks you want to update.

2. Click the Bulk actions drop-down, and select Update Attributes.

3. Select an attribute to change. In this example "Location" was selected.

4. Select the value for the Attribute (for example "New York Gallery") and click Review and Update to update the artworks.
