This article provides a quick overview of all the methods for adding artworks to standard Collections.
Individually, from the Edit Artwork screen
When editing an artwork, open the Collections tab and select the checkbox next to the appropriate Collection. Click Update Artwork to save the change.
Individually or in bulk on the Inventory screen
In Artworks Inventory select the artworks to add using the checkboxes on the left, then open the Bulk Actions menu, and select Add to Collection:
The Add artworks to collections screen will open. Select the relevant Collection:
In bulk by editing the Collection
On the Collection tab in Inventory, edit a Collection:
Move artworks into the Artworks in this collection column using the arrows next to the artwork, or drag and drop them into the column, and click Save Collection to finalize the change:
In bulk using Inventory IDs
On the Collection tab in Inventory, select Bulk Add Artworks from the more options (...) menu:
Paste or type inventory IDs into the Artwork IDs field and click Add Artworks:
