Collections will help you better organise your artworks. There are two types of collections:
Standard collections are fixed, meaning that you manually add existing artworks and can organise them into a specific order.
Smart collections are based on the criteria you specify (e.g., price, location, genre), which allows you to automatically include existing and future artworks. These collections have a green icon next to their name (see below)
This article covers Standard Collections, specifically how to:
Watch our video demonstration, or scroll down for step-by-step instructions.

3. Add artworks individually to the Collection on this screen by clicking the blue arrow or dragging them into the Artworks in this Collection column. (Alternatively, you can add artworks in bulk by following the process below.)

Bulk add artworks to standard Collections

Add a Collection to a Collection
This is also the method for creating a copy of an existing Collection.
1. Open Inventory, then click Collections.
2. Click the Artworks link for the Collection you want to copy or add to another collection.
2. Select the artworks that you would like to add in the new collection, then open the Bulk actions dropdown menu and select Add to Collections.
3. Select an existing Collection, or click Create new Collection and follow the on-screen prompts to:
Enter a name for the new collection and hit Save.
Click Add to Collection.
Important: Artworks can belong to multiple collections, so adding them to another collection will not remove them from the source collection, which means you can use this method as often as you wish, without affecting existing collections.
