When you create a Standard Collection or Exhibition, you can manually select an order for the artworks. This is useful while curating an exhibition, or if you want to create a catalog with artworks in a specific order.

Set the artwork order in a Standard Collection or Exhibition
1. Open an existing Standard Collection or Exhibition:
Standard Collection - Open the more options (...) menu and select Edit.
Exhibition - Open the more options (...) menu and select Manage Artworks.
2. In the Artworks in this collection or Artworks in the Exhibition column, click and drag the artworks into the desired order.
3. Click Save Collection or Save when finished.
4. To use this order when you create a catalog for this Collection or Exhibition, make sure you use the Order artworks by drop-down menu to select Artwork Order (Collection/Exhibitions only).
