The Artwork Cards feature allows you to create PDFs with an image and key artwork information, with one artwork featured per page. You can print them for individual artworks or for multiple artworks at once.
Please note, if you would like to create PDFs featuring multiple artworks per page, we recommend using the PDF Catalog feature.

Format your Artwork Cards
1. Open Settings and then click Artwork Cards.
2. You can choose how fields get displayed on the artwork card by clicking the:
Three horizontal lines icon - click and drag the fields to change their display order on the artwork card
Trash icon - remove a field on the artwork card
Font size slider - drag the slider to change the size of the font
Branding drop down - select a branding preset
Alignment buttons - choose how the logo and artwork fields are aligned
3. To add custom fields to your card, click Add field.
Select a new field to add from the drop down and click Add.
Your new field will be added.
4. Click Save Preset when you have finished formatting.
Print an Artwork card for a single Artwork
1. Open Inventory, and then open the more options (...) menu next to the artwork and select Print Artwork Card.
2. Click Create PDF and the artwork card will download as a PDF .
3. The artworks picture and selected fields will be displayed as you established in the Artwork Card settings.
Print artwork cards for multiple artworks
1. In your Inventory, select multiple artworks by selecting their checkboxes.
2. From the Bulk Actions dropdown menu select Print Artworks Cards.
3. The artwork cards for the selected artworks will be downloaded as a PDF.
