This feature requires that you have your Stripe account connected to Art Galleria. In the browser version go to Settings > Payment Processor to set it up.
Option 1 - Send your client to a payment page
1. Open an invoice with a payment due.
2. Click Show Payment QR Code.
3. Ask your client to scan the QR code.
On their device, this will direct them to an online version of the invoice where they can use Apple Pay, Google Pay or their credit card to pay the invoice.
Option 2 - Process the payment by entering the credit card details yourself
1. Open an invoice with a payment due.
2. Click Process Payment to view the invoice, and then click Pay Now.
3.Enter your client's credit card details, or ask them to do this directly.
4. Click Process Payment.
Recording a Payment
You can record payments that were made outside of the integrated payment processor, such as bank transfers, cash, Venmo, etc.
Open an invoice with a payment due.
Click Manage Payments.
Click + Add to record a new payment
Fill in all the fields as required, then click Create Payment.
