You can archive an artist that you are not currently working with. Please note that archiving an artist does not archive their artworks. Also, archived artists will not appear in the Artist Profile Reports.

1. Open Inventory, then click Artists Profiles.

2. Open the more options (...) menu for an artist, and select Archive Artist.

3. The artist will now appear on the Archive tab, rather than in the Active list.
