Artist profile PDFs offer a professional overview of an artist's work, biography, and influences - aiding in marketing, networking, and submissions.
Easily shareable and portable, they enhance client relations, serve as permanent records, and support media efforts, making them essential for promoting and documenting an artist's career effectively.

Navigate to Reports > Artist Profile (PDF).
2. Next you can choose to run the report for a single artist, or all of the artists in your inventory, as well as select your branding theme.
3. Finally, select which artist fields you'd like to include in the PDF. You can select from the following fields:
Biography
Influences
Awards
Exhibitions
Artist statement
Website
Location
Social Links
You are also able to include any custom fields you created in Inventory > Settings > Artist Profiles.
4. Once your fields are selected, click Generate Report.

Format - Choose between including one artist per page, or having a continuous list:

Include number of artworks - Choose to include the total number of artworks created by the artist, present in your inventory:
Include total value of artworks - Choose to include the total value of the artists' artworks present in your inventory (This will also display multiple currencies, if this artist has artworks for sale in different countries):
