Generating a Report
Navigate to Reports > Inventory Report.
2. Depending on what you want to run the report for, select your artwork source from a specific collection, or artworks from a specific artist.
Optional settings:
Include artwork description
Include draft artwork - Includes artworks in your report that currently have the details pending status on them.
Include value of works (No, Retail Price, Purchase Price)
Based on (Assigned Location, Consignments) - Click Consignments, and select a date to run the report on consigned artworks from a specific date.
Report Type (HTML, PDF, CSV) - Changes the output format of the report.
3. Once you have selected your desired settings, click Generate Report.
