If the default selection of reports doesn't fully meet your needs, you can opt to run a custom report.
A custom report allows you to create a straightforward, tailored report by selecting the specific data fields that matter most to you.

Generating a Report
1. Navigate to Reports > Custom Report:
2. Depending on what you want to run the report for, select your artwork source from a specific collection, or artworks from a specific artist, and give your report a name (this will appear on the top of the report):
Default = All artworks in your inventory
3. Add additional columns by clicking +Add Field, and searching or scrolling down the list. Remove artwork fields by clicking the trash can icon:
Select "Artist: All Fields" and "Artworks: All Fields" to generate a report with all fields.
Additional Settings
Sort artworks by - Choose from a variety of fields and organize your artworks according to your selected criteria.
PDF Page Size - Select from a range of page sizes, including A/B0-6, letter, tabloid, etc.
Report Type - Choose from HTML (view direct in your browser), PDF, or CSV.
Ascending / Descending Order - (A-Z, (1,2,3...) | (Z-A), (3,2,1...)
Report Examples
HTML: Including Artist profile, inventory ID, title, and sale pricing.
PDF: Including Artist profile, artwork title/year, medium, dimensions & custom fields edition info, frame material (sorted by artwork year):
CSV: Including Artwork: All Fields.
