The advanced filters are currently in an early release with a selected number of users, but will be widely available by November 2025.
Once the Advanced Filters have been enabled on your account, you'll notice a few changes in the Artworks Inventory and Collections areas.
With Advanced Filters, you can:
Filter your inventory by any field, including your custom fields;
Combine multiple filters to pinpoint the exact pieces you’re looking for;
Apply up to 10 filters at once for deep, layered searches;
Save your filter selections as Presets, either personal to you or shared with your team; and
Create Smart Collections based on any field, and multiple filters applied at once.

Applying Filters
You can apply the new filters by clicking +Add filter.
Select from any of the standard fields, such as Collection or Location, or click More Filters to filter by any field in your inventory:
The New Filter screen will open and you can select your filter field from the dropdown menu:
Depending on the type of field you choose, the options for how you filter will change, as you can see in the examples below:
Use the specific dropdown options for each selected create the appropriate filter.
And/Or Logic
Note that when combining multiple filters, you can select and/or logic.
AND will return results that match all filters at once
OR will return results that match any of the selected filters.
Creating Filter Presets
Under the Filters dropdown you will now find Filter Presets. These are filters that you and your team can save for personal and team-wide use.
To save a new preset, apply a set of filters and then click Save as preset.
Enter a name and description for the Present, and check "Personal" if you want to keep the preset private to you only, and not visible to other members of your team.
Saved Presets will appear under the Filters dropdown:
To edit the name and details of a preset, click Manage All Presets:
Creating Smart Collections
You can now create detailed, specific and dynamic collections using the new Advanced Filters in Smart Collections.
Using these settings, you can pinpoint precisely the artworks to include in the Collection:
Note that when setting multiple criteria, you can choose and/or to combine the filters. AND will mean that results must match all filters at once, while OR will match any of the selected filters.

No, you cannot duplicate a preset, however, you can load the preset, make any changes, and then save that as a new preset.

Team presets will display for all users on the Filter Presets page. If the preset has been made "personal" only the preset creator will be able to see and use it. User restrictions do not currently apply to filter presets.

Yes, any changes made to a team preset, will be reflected for every user on the account.

If you combine multiple filters, they will work seamlessly in conjunction with each other. If you combine presets that "cancel each other out", then the results will display as such.
