Before you start
Visitors can access your ArtPass programme on their computers & phones, but your setup and management will need to be done in your browser dashboard.
Set up your Exhibitor Profile
1. Navigate to ArtPass > Settings.
2. Close the popup that appears by clicking NOT NOW, as we will first set up our exhibitor profile.
3. Click Add Exhibitor.
4. Fill out the Exhibitor details and select your payment mode.
Payment modes:
Invoice only - Enquire will be the only available action on the artwork detail page.
Buy Now - Enquire and Buy Now (sales) will be the available actions on the artwork detail page. Additional actions are also available (purchase request, make an offer, request a hold).
Offline only - No artwork actions available (view only)
5. Ensure Active is ticked, and then click Create Exhibitor.
Setting up your ArtPass dashboard (Optional)
Artpass can be set up and configured within Art Galleria, however, setting up your dashboard will provide additional functionality that does not currently exist within Art Galleria (Such an analytics).
1. Once you have created your Exhibitor Profile, click Invite to ArtPass.
2. Click Send Invite, which will send an invitation message to your email address.
3. Once you receive the invitation email, click on the link to create your account.
4. Once you have signed up, follow the prompts to verify your email address by clicking the link in the email sent to you:
5. Click I’ve verified my email on your ArtPass screen when done.
6. Enter your First and Last name to set up your dashboard profile.
You'll then be taken into the Organisation overview screen.
Adding your Exhibition from Art Galleria
1. In your Art Galleria Artpass dashboard, click Add Exhibition.
2. Select an Exhibition from the dropdown list, to bring up the additional details.
3. Select your desired exhibitor profile, change the status, pick your main currency, and choose a date you wish to publish the exhibition.
Note: If you want to begin working on the ArtPass exhibition immediately, we suggest setting the publish date to any date in the past.
This will ensure the artworks will populate on the landing page.
You can still put the exhibition into draft mode, if you wish to hide it from viewers.
