You can mark artworks as single or multiple editions:
If the item is a single edition (single run), you can use single.
Otherwise use multiple, and then change the quantity (e.g., if you have 100 prints of that artwork, you can record this number.)
The functionality available is the same regardless of your selection.
1. Open Inventory and click Artworks.
2. Next to the artwork you want to edit, click the more options menu (...) and select Edit.
3. Open the Edition tab, and from the Edition drop-down menu select Single or Multiple and then change the quantity.
4. Once you click Update Artwork the changes will be saved.
