IMPORTANT: Before you start
Pricing tiers are primarily for syncing with Wordpress with Woocommerce, where the tiers sync as product variants. You can use pricing tiers for your own record-keeping, but the tiers cannot be exported to reports, catalogs, or other website integrations.
Pricing tiers allow you to establish different prices (in the same currency) for either the same artwork, or different editions of an artwork. Any tiers you set up will appear on the Pricing & Costs tab when you edit artworks.

When pricing tiers are useful
Example 1: Different groups of buyers & different pricing for each group
If you regularly sell to wholesale, designer and retail customers, it can be useful to set up pricing tiers.
To do this, you would leave the price for retail in the standard Retail Price field, and then set up tiers for your wholesale and designer customers:
Example 2: Artworks available in different dimensions
If you have artworks available in different dimensions (for example A2, A3, A4), you can set up pricing tiers to represent these dimensions:
If you are using the tiers in this scenario, it could be useful to set your artwork dimensions to Variable:
Setting up pricing tiers
1. Open Settings
2. Click the Pricing Tiers tab on the left
3. In the Artwork Options (Tiers) field, enter the name for a tier then hit return. The name will appear in a blue box, and you can now repeat this process for additional tiers.
4. Click Update Settings when complete. A success message will appear at the top of your screen.
5. The pricing tiers will appear on the Pricing & Costs tab when you edit artworks.
Using pricing tiers with a Wordpress integration
If you are using the Art Galleria - Wordpress integration, the pricing tiers will be synced as product variants.
