Price lists are an essential tool for those in the art world. For artists, they provide a clear structure for pricing their work consistently. Generating a List
1. Navigate to Reports > Price List.
2. Here you can customize how you want your Price List to look. A generic price list will contain a title, a selection of artwork fields, and multiple artwork images per page.
Once you have confirmed which artworks/fields you want to include on the price list, click Generate PDF at the bottom of the screen.
Optional Settings
Custom Text: Include custom Introduction or Footer text.
Branding: Add your business logo to your price list by selecting a Branding Theme.
Pricing Options: Choose which price you want to display (Retail, Rental, Both, or None).
Visual Layout: Choose from a Grid or List layout (See below for examples). Pick how many artworks appear per page, or choose how your artworks are organized in a list.
Page Break: Separate artists and give them their own space.
