Creating folders for artwork images and documents
Updated over a week ago

Artwork and documents folders help you organize the Inventory-related files you upload to Art Galleria.

You can easily drag and drop uploaded images and documents into these folders when editing an artwork. This makes it simple to keep track of different versions, reference materials, or any other files associated with each piece of art. There are over 80 supported file formats.

Creating a custom folder

1. Go to Settings > Images & Docs Folders

2. Click + Add Folder

3. Enter a name for the folder and click Create Folder.

4. The folders will now be visible in the Documents and Images areas on the Artwork Edit screen.

Adding files to custom folders

All new documents and image files you upload will automatically be added to the General folder. To move them to another folder, click and drag the file to that folder.

1. In Inventory > Artworks > Edit, scroll to the bottom of the screen to view the available folders.
