Over the last year, we have released a number of updates to Art Galleria, many of which were shaped by feedback and suggestions from clients like you.
For a complete list and to see earlier updates, please see Updates on the Dashboard:
Accept payments with Apple Pay & Google Pay
It’s never been easier for clients to pay their Art Galleria invoices.
Clients receiving invoices via Art Galleria now have the option to make payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay, if they have these enabled on their devices. We have also improved how the pay invoice page is displayed on mobile devices and tablets, making it easier for your clients to view and download the invoice, and then make payments directly on their mobile devices. Customize your label configurations and content
Print your labels in any configuration you choose by setting up your custom label sheet layouts. Specify the label dimensions, sheet margins and spacing between labels. Learn more
Add artists fields and custom fields to your labels, and adjust the grid line height, which gives you finer control for small labels or labels with some elements which have a small font size.
Get more out of Contacts
Set up your Contacts faster, by importing their interests in our updated CSV template. You can also export your Contacts by Interests or Contact Group, making targeted communications with groups of clients even easier. Learn more
Enjoy additional formatting options for Certificates of Authenticity
You now have greater control of the formatting of Certificates of Authenticity. You can also upload a digital signature for an artist and include this on a Certificate of Authenticity. Learn more
Send Quotes to email from Art Galleria
You can now create a quote email template for each branding theme and use it to send quotes to your contacts directly from within Art Galleria. Go to Sales > Settings, and select a Branding Theme to edit the email.
Manage invoices with your team
You can now send invoices and quotes from the specific sales consultant that is associated with that sale, which allows clients to reply directly to the sales consultant that has been working with them.
You and your collaborators can also add notes to invoices, which are for internal use only. Learn more
Enjoy enhanced integration with third-party tools
Being able to integrate with third-party tools means you can save time and avoid duplicating work. Here are some of the key updates that we made in 2021.
WooCommerce
Set which artworks are taxable or non-taxable at the artist level, using a custom field. (Please contact us to enable.)
Exclude sold artworks from your Wordpress / WooCommerce site. See instructions
Xero
Track your Art Galleria categories in Xero. When enabled, you will be able to select a tracking category when creating an invoice for invoice items individually.
Take advantage of improved mapping between Art Galleria invoices and your Xero accounts:
Map shipping items on your Art Galleria invoices to any Xero account type, including revenue accounts.
Map multiple revenue accounts for invoice items, rather than just a single revenue account. You can enable this feature by editing the Xero webservice in Art Galleria, and selecting Enable multiple revenue accounts under Sales Revenue Account. Once enabled, you will be able to select a revenue account for each invoice using a drop-down menu.
Additionally, we have also added a new account mapping option to map credit card surcharges.
MailChimp
Import your contacts from MailChimp.
Squarespace
Sync up to 10,000 artworks to your Squarespace site.
Artsy
Publish your Art Galleria Collections or Exhibitions to Artsy with a simple CSV export file. Learn more
